who are we?
We are the only Baptist congregation in Greensboro that is welcoming and affirming of everyone who follows Jesus as Lord. Being radically inclusive is not our thing—our thing is radically following Jesus, or doing the best we can, and trying not to embarrass Jesus by our following. Some would call us liberal or moderate. We are an inclusive, fun faith community in Greensboro, North Carolina, where persons from all walks of life feel comfortable worshiping and working together to bring Christ's love to the world. We are a strange tribe (read more). We are not affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. We are affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA, Alliance of Baptists and Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. Read more.

three nickels fund 2012
Three Nickels is a missions fund-raising program to help people living and dying in extreme poverty throughout the world. The yearly goal is to have 100 families or individuals pledge to give at least $1 per week (3 nickels per day). This year, our Three Nickels money will go to Operation Smile (providing cleft lip surgery), Food for the Poor (hunger relief), and the Somaly Mam Foundation (liberating victims of sexual slavery).
